M Chapoutier only produced generic Saint-Joseph in older vintages. He now produces 2 cuvees: Deschants and Les Granits.- This is more expensive than most white wines from Saint-Joseph. Furthermore, the price has been increasing over the past year.
- Not quite as widely known as other wines from Saint-Joseph. In addition, there has been a lowering of demand in the past year.
- Available at only a few outlets in Europe and Oceania. We have only been able to find the 1998 vintage for sale over the last month.
