Farnese Vini is an Italian wine group and one of the leading export companies in southern Italy. The group has a production of nearly 13 million bottles a year, and has commercial outlets in 74 countries. Farnese Vini's portfolio includes seven wineries spread across Puglia, Campania, Basilicata, Abruzzo and Sicily.
The group has two wineries on the island of Sicily: Cantine Cellaro and Vignetti Zabù. Both are located in Sambuca di Sicilia and produce Sicilia IGT red and white wines from native and international varieties including Chardonnay, Merlot, Syrah, Grillo, Zibibbo, Nero d'Avola and Nerello Mascalese.
In Vulture, part of the Basilicata region, Vigneti Del Vulture produces wines from native varieties like Aglianico, Nero Di Troia, and Greco. Vesevo, named after the volcano Vesuvio, is located in Campania and spans over 60 hectares (148 acres) of vineyard land, making wines under the Greco di Tufo, Fiano di Avellino and Taurasi appellations, as well as IGT wines from native varieties including Falanghina, Aglianico and Piedirosso.
In Abruzzo, Farnese Vini owns two wineries: Caldora and Fantini Farnese. Caldora produces Montepulciano d'Abruzzo and Terre di Chiete IGT wines, while Fantini Farnese produces a wider range of red and white wines under multiple labels and designations.
Vigneti Del Salento, located in Puglia, produces red, white, and rosé wines from a range of designations including Salice Salento DOC, Primitivo di Manduria Dolce Naturale DOCG, Primitivo di Manduria DOC and Puglia IGP.
