Domaines Albert Bichot is a leading family-owned and -run negociant house and estate owner in Burgundy, formed in 1831 and now based in the town of Beaune.

The company owns four estates in distinct regions within Burgundy, each with its own vineyard holdings, winery and cellars. Domaine du Pavillon in Pommard includes the Corton Grand Cru Monopole Clos des Maréchaudes, while the flagship wine of Domaine du Clos-Frantin – based in Nuits-Saints-Georges – is a Vosne Romanée Premier Cru Les Malconsorts, and Château Long-Depaquit in Chablis controls the Grand Cru Monopole La Moutone. Domaine Adélie in Mercurey completes the quartet; in total the company owns around 100 hectares (247 acres) of vineyards across the wider region.

The Colbert winery in Beaune is devoted to all the regional wines (e.g. Bourgogne Pinot Noir) and some village-level wines. Facilities include modern temperature controlled fermentation tanks, though precise methods vary across the portfolio.

Fruit and wines are also sourced from a network of growers and other wineries. The company ages all of the wines released under its labels, and vinifies 60 percent of the regional appellations, 80 percent of the village wines, and all of its Premier and Grand Cru wines.
