Jorge Ordóñez is a wine producer in the Andalucia province of Spain. It is particularly known for its aromatic, naturally sweet Moscatel wines from the Málaga DO. The 2004 vintage of its Esencia cuvée received 99 points from American wine critic Robert Parker.

There are four sweet Moscatels in the Ordóñez range. No. 1 Selección Especial and No. 2 Victoria are fermented in stainless steel, whereas No. 3 Viejas Viñas and No. 4 Esencia are aged in oak barrels. Under the Botani label, Ordóñez makes a red Garnacha and a dry white Moscatel Seco classified under the Sierras de Málaga D.O., and a low alcohol, lightly sparkling wine produced in the style of Moscato d'Asti. Production across the portfolio totals approximately 150,000 bottles per year.

The Jorge Ordóñez vineyard is located at Axarquia on steep slopes, spanning about 1300ft (400m) of altitude. The soils here consist of decomposed slate and limestone clay where the bedrock often comes to the surface. These factors make vine cultivation extremely difficult, but in viticulture, challenging soils are often thought to make better wines. The winery was initially located among the vines here, but as production has risen, much of the winemaking has been relocated to Vélez-Málaga.

The Andalucia operation was founded in 2004 and is part of the Grupo Jorge Ordóñez, a collection of estates and brands from across the country.
