Anthonij Rupert Wines is a wine estate based in Franschhoek but with properties in several South African wine regions, making a broad range of red and white wines.

The company was founded by Anthonij, son of the billionaire Anton Rupert, on the L'Ormarins farm in Franschhoek, sited under the famed Groot Drakenstein mountains. In 1998 Anthonij Rupert also acquired the Rooderust estate in Darling, with around 120 hectares (300 acres) under vine. Anthonij died in 2001 and the farm was taken over by his brother Johann in 2003 and the company was given its present name.

Two further estates have since been added; Riebeeksrivier farm with around 27ha (acres) of vines on the slopes of the Kasteelberg in Swartland was bought in 2007, then the Altima farm in Elandskloof, a former orchard was purchased in 2008 and replanted with 40ha (100 acres) of vines. The portfolio now comprises five ranges headed by the flagship Anthonij Rupert range of reds from Bordeaux varieties and Syrah.
