Domaine Santa Duc is a Rhône Valley wine producer with vineyard holdings in Gigondas, Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Vacqueyras and Vaucluse, as well as several villages in the Côtes du Rhône appellation. These vineyards are devoted to the the domaine's four core grape varieties: Grenache, Mourvèdre, Syrah and Cinsaut.

The domaine was founded in Gigondas in 1874, and takes its name from the the Grand-duc owl. Today, Domaine Santa Duc is farmed using organic viticultural practices in order to safeguard the domaine's unique biodiversity.

The majority of the domaine's vineyards are still located in Gigondas, producing a range of cuvées. Its top wine from this AOC is the Les Hautes Garrigues, made from a plot of old Grenache and Mourvèdre vines situated in the Hautes Garrigues. This wine is aged for approximately 18 months in new oak barrels and is only produced in excellent vintage years.

Domaine Santa Duc makes three Châteauneuf-du-Pape wines. This includes the La Crau Ouest wine, sourced from 80-year-old Grenache vines; and Habemus Papam and Les Saintes Vierges, both blends of Grenache, Mourvèdre and Counoise. The domaine's Châteauneuf-du-Pape vineyards are all harvested by hand and the resultant wines aged for approximately 18 months.

The Côtes du Rhône Villages vineyards are planted in Roaix, Sablet and Seguret. These vineyards are the source of numerous red, rosé and white wines, including the domaine's Les Quatres Terres Côtes du Rhône and its Les Plans IGP Vaucluse.
