Trinity Hill is a wine producer in the Hawke's Bay region of New Zealand. It is famous for its wines made from the Bordeaux varieties Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, but is also one of New Zealand's premier Syrah producers. It was established in 1993 by London restaurateurs Robert and Robyn Wilson and winemaker John Hancock, with its first vintage in 1996.

Most of the vineyards are located in the Gimblett Gravels subregion of the Hawke's Bay, where deep, gravelly soils have proved an excellent terroir for red grape varieties. Trinity Hill's first plantings were of Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, but since then, the company has found success with Tempranillo, Arneis, Viognier, Touriga Nacional and Montepulciano – though it is Syrah that established its reputation as a fine-wine producer. In 2000, Trinity Hill was a founding member of the Gimblett Gravels Winegrowers Association.

Trinity Hill has three different ranges of wines: the Hawke's Bay collection, the Gimblett Gravels collection and the super-premium Homage Syrah. The flagship Homage was launched in 2004 and is only made in select vintages. It has won numerous awards and is one of the highly rated New Zealand wines by critic Robert Parker.

The Wilsons and Hancock both had friendships with Gérard Jaboulet who was the winemaker for the prestigious Rhône producer Paul Jaboulet Aîné until his premature death in 1997. He gave cuttings of Syrah and Viognier from Jaboulet's top vineyards in Hermitage and Côte Rôtie that have gone on to provide the fruit for the Homage Syrah.
