DeLoach Vineyards is a California winery in Sonoma County. The winery and estate vineyard is located in the Russian River Valley sub-appellation, but it is known for a range of single-vineyard wines from partnerships with other growers as well. DeLoach has built a reputation for the Burgundian varieties Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, as well as California favorite Zinfandel.

The estate was established in 1970 by Cecil DeLoach. It sold fruit to other wineries until 1975, when the first commercial vintage was released. DeLoach was prominent in the promotion of the Russian River Valley but ran in to financial difficulty and was sold to the Boisset family of Burgundy in 2003. The new owners pulled out all the vines from the 7-hectare (17-acre) estate vineyard, and planted it with cover crops to promote soil health and biodiversity. The estate vines were replanted and have been farmed organically and biodynamically since. The 2004 30th Anniversary DeLoach Cuvée Pinot Noir was named wine of the year in 2006 by Wine Enthusiast Magazine.

DeLoach offers a wide range of wines at various price points. The entry-level estate wines include a Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and a Pinot Noir rosé, all made from the DeLoach vineyard. There is also a range of single-vineyard wines made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Zinfandel sourced from vineyards in various California AVAs. At the top end of the portfolio, the OFS (Our Finest Selection) wines are only made in select quality vintages.

In 2007, DeLoach briefly partnered with Canadian actor Dan Aykroyd in the production of Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay. The wine carried Aykroyd's Discovery Series label which continues to be made in partnership with Niagara-on-the-Lake winery Diamond Estates.
