Jean-Baptiste Audy is a family-run négociant company based in Bordeaux. It owns vineyards and several châteaux on the Right Bank including Clos de Clocher, Château Bonalgue and Château Monregard La Croix in Pomerol, Château du Courlat in Lussac-Saint-Émilion and Château Les Hauts-Conseillants in Lalande de Pomerol. It also has exclusive trade and distribution partnerships with a range of other châteaux.

Château du Courlat is one of Audy's top châteaux, and has been part of the négociant's portfolio for several decades. The 17-hectare (42-acre) vineyard is planted primarily to Merlot with vines averaging 25 years old. Audy's first wine, Cuvée Jean-Baptise, is produced from the best parcels on the property and is aged for 20 months in French oak.

Clos du Clocher, located in the prestigious appellation of Pomerol, was founded in 1924 and is comprised of three plots planted to around 5ha (12 acres) of Merlot and Cabernet Franc in iron-rich clay soils. The château's wine, a blend of 70 percent Merlot, 30 percent Cabernet Franc, barrel matures 18 months before bottling.

The company was founded in 1906 by Jean-Baptiste Audy, and today is run by his great-grandson, Jean-Baptiste Bourotte.
