Paringa Estate is located in Victoria, Australia in the heart of the Mornington Peninsula wine region. The estate was established in 1985 and today is best known for its cool-climate Pinot Noir and Shiraz wines.

The estate's first vintage was in 1988 from three tonnes of fruit. The estate now produces around 200 tonnes of fruit annually from around 22 hectares (55 acres) of vines – enough to produce around 15,000 cases. Paringa Estate's winery was built in 1998 on the property's original land. Here, there are around 4ha (10 acres) of vines, planted to Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Shiraz, and Pinot Gris. The remaining vineyards managed by the estate can be found throughout the Mornington Peninsula.

Paringa Estate's wine portfolio is composed of the Peninsula Series, the Estate Series, and the Paringa Series which includes Paringa's top wines – Pinot Noir and Shiraz from handpicked fruit and new and old world styles of Chardonnay.
