Accordini Stefano is an estate in the centre of Veneto's renowned Valpolicella wine region. The vineyards are primarily planted to Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella for the production of Valpolicella Classico, Ripasso, Recioto, Amarone and Veneto IGT wines.

Founder Gaetano Accordini established the estate in the early part of the 20th century with the purchase of a 2-hectare (5-acre) piece of land in the village of Negrar. These vineyards have since expanded to comprise further holdings in Negrar, Fumane, Sant'Ambroglio and San Pietro in Cariano near the winery.

The most prestigious wines in Accordini Stefano's portfolio are the two Amarone della Valpolicella Classico wines: Acinatico and Il Fornetto. Acinatico is made from the finest grapes harvested from the estate's Bessole and Cavalo vineyards. The grapes are dried for approximately four months and the wine is then aged in oak barriques. Il Fornetto is made from grapes sourced from the historic Fornetto vineyard. This vineyard is planted on alluvial soils and is situated 650-750ft (200-230m) above sea level.

Other notable wines in the Accordini Stefano range include its Valpolicella Classico, Valpolicella Superiore Ripasso and Recioto Classico della Valpolicella wines. Accordini Stefano also produces a red Veneto IGT wine from a blend of predominantly Corvina, with smaller percentages of Rondinella, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The grapes are harvested and dried as per the Amarone production method, and the wine is then aged for more than 12 months in French oak barriques and a further six months in bottle.
