Weingut Peter Lauer is a German wine producer located in the Mosel's Saar region. It has been in the Lauer family since 1830 and is currently run by Florian Lauer. It was admitted to the VDP in 2013 and is best known for producing some of Germany's most classic Rieslings, specializing in dry styles of wine.

The estate's vineyard land spans 8 hectares (20 acres) of vineyards, mostly located on steep slopes along the banks of the Saar river. Lauer's best sites are in the Kupp, Saarfeilser and Schonfels vineyards, where the blue-grey Devonian slate soils are well suited to the Riesling grape variety. Some of the vines are as much as 100 years old.

Winemaker Florian Lauer produces a full range of wine styles using natural winemaking methods. The grapes are handpicked, then spontaneously fermented with natural yeasts. Weingut Peter Lauer produces up to 65,000 bottles of wine annually.
