Château Le Crock is a classified Cru Bourgeois wine producer located in Saint-Estèphe. The château was established in the early 19th Century and has been owned by the Cuvelier family since 1903. Château Le Crock produces a Left Bank Bordeaux blend from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot and a second wine by the name Château La Croix Saint-Estèphe.

The estate owns 32 hectares of vineyard land planted to vines averaging 40 years old. Vineyard soils are composed of deep gravel and clay planted to 53 percent Cabernet Sauvignon, 33 percent Merlot, 9 percent Cabernet Franc, and 5 percent Petit Verdot.

Grapes are hand-harvested over a two-week period, then sorted before maceration and fermentation in concrete and stainless steel tanks for up to four weeks. Varieties remain separate to barrel mature in French oak for six months before assemblage, or blending, under the guidance of well-known consultant Michel Rolland. The blended wine then spends an additional 12 months in barrel before bottling.
