Château Doisy-Védrines is a Bordeaux producer in Barsac known for its botrytized dessert wines. It was rated a Grand Cru Classé Second Growth in the 1855 classification of Sauternes and Barsac for its sweet blend of Sémillon and Sauvignon Blanc.

It is one of the châteaux that were created from the large historic Doisy property. Doisy was established in 1704, but divided into three separate wine estates in 1851, the other two being Château Doisy-Daëne and Château Doisy-Dubroca. At 30 hectares (74.1 acres), of which 27 are under vine, Doisy-Védrines is the largest of the three. Védrines has been owned by the Castéja family since the 19th Century, who also own several other Bordeaux estates under their major négociant business Borie-Manoux, namely Château Batailly in Pauillac and Château Trotte Vieille in Saint-Émilion.

The vineyard is planted with roughly 85 percent Sémillon and 15 percent Sauvignon Blanc, and has an average vine age of 30 years. Although Védrines is located in Barsac, it takes advantage of the appellation laws that allow it to be labeled with a Sauternes AOC designation. It also makes the second wine, Petit Vedrines.
