Cantine Bertoldi is an Italian wine estate situated 12km from the city of Verona in Veneto. The estate is particularly known for its Valpolicella and Amarone wines: Valpolicella Classico, Valpolicella Ripasso and Amarone della Valpolicella.

Cantine Bertoldi was founded by Emilio Bertoldi in 1932. The estate has since passed through several generations of the Bertoldi family, who now cultivate approximately 20 hectares (50 acres) of vineyards planted to native grape varieties such as Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara, Garganega, Trebbiano and Cortese, as well as more internationally recognized varieties including Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay.

The Cantine Bertoldi Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore is made from a blend of 70 percent Corvina and Corvinone, 25 percent Rondinella, and 5 percent Molinara grapes grown on clay and limestone slopes. The grapes are harvested by hand and the wine aged in small French oak barriques for approximately 15-18 months.

The grapes destined for the estate's range of passito wines are dried in the sun and afterwards fermented in stainless steel tanks. Cantine Bertoldi uses thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks for the fermentation of its entire wine range.
