Domaine Saint Préfert is a Rhône wine producer located in the prestigious appellation of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. The estate was founded by Fernand Serre almost a century ago and was one of the first domaines in Châteauneuf-du-Pape to sell its wine in bottles in the 1930s. Saint Préfert has been owned since 2003 by Isabel Ferrando and is best known for its quality production of traditional Châteauneuf red and white blends.

The estate is located on an 80-hectare (198-acre) plot of land in the southern part of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. The vineyard is planted to some 13ha (32 acres) of vines that are on average 60 years old, producing low, concentrated yields. Some of the oldest vines on the estate are Mourvèdre, planted as far back as 1920, although there are also plantings of Grenache, Syrah and Cinsaut. Soils are composed of gravel, rock, stones, and large pebbles known as galets. Saint Préfert practices selection massale whereby vines are replanted with cuttings from the vineyard's exceptionally old vines. This traditional way of replanting has allowed the domaine to maintain its unique terroir.

Domaine Saint Préfert's wine portfolio includes four Châteauneuf-du-Pape red blends, two Châteauneuf-du-Pape white blends, and a red Côtes du Rhône. The domaine's Vielles Vignes Clairette Blanc is unique to the lineup, made from 100 percent Clairette from dry-farmed vines that are as much as 100 years old. The wine is aged two years in wood before being bottled without filtration in magnum format bottles.
