Mississippi Delta is an American Viticultural Area (AVA) in the southern United States, running along the course of the Mississippi River as it flows toward the Gulf of Mexico. Stretching some 160 miles (260km) from north Louisiana through western Mississippi, the AVA finds its northern end near the city of Memphis in Tennessee.

Few wine producers can be found in the humid, subtropical Mississippi Delta, where climatic conditions and overly fertile soils are not well suited to vines. The few wines that are made in the AVA come from the Muscadine family of grapes, native to this part of the US.
