Pouilly-Loche is a small white wine appellation of the Maconnais sub-region in southern Burgundy. Its wines are dry in style and made exclusively from the Chardonnay grape variety.

Pouilly-Loche produces some of the finest of all Maconnais wines, grown on 72 acres (29ha) of Chardonnay-dominated vineyards around the small village of Loché (which is administratively a suburb of Macon town). The name Pouilly has been added to that of Loché as a reference to the fact that the more famous village of Pouilly is only 1.6 miles (2.5km) away. Pouilly-Loché wines, which are rarely seen, may also be labeled as Pouilly-Vinzelles.

The Pouilly-Loché title may be completed by the name of the specific vineyard where the grapes were grown. The most commonly cited are Les Mures, Clos des Rocs and La Colonge. There is no formal Premier Cru system within the appellation, so quality is indicated through the reputations of the producers and their vineyards.

The Pouilly-Loché appellation officially dates back to April 1940, although its boundaries were recognized as early as December 1922.
