Formerly the Wine Impari was a blend composed predominantly by Nero d'Avola with Merlot and Syrah.- Ranked third among the wines from this region with respect to number of prizes won: the 2012 vintage was awarded Gold from the International Wine & Spirit Competition, and the 2011 vintage was awarded Gold from the Mundus Vini.
