Ownership: Guenoc is now Langtry Estate to reflect the history of the company, its first owner was the English actress Lily Langtry.- This is the fourth most highly rated Lake County wine (based on critic scores): the 1997 vintage was given a score of 91 by Wine Enthusiast.
- Numerous prizes have been won by this wine: the San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition awarded the 1997 vintage Gold and the Finger Lakes International Wine Competition awarded Double Gold.
- This is the most expensive wine made from Meritage in Lake County. The price has been rising over the past two years.
